Orqa d.o.o. (hereafter "Orqa FPV", “We”, “Us”) is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (together with any other documents referred to herein) sets out the basis on which the personal data collected from you, or that you provide to Us, will be processed by Us in connection with our recruiting processes.

Orqa FPV uses PontaHR, an online platform provided by Along Peopleware d.o.o., to assist with Our recruitment process. We use PontaHR to process personal information as a data processor on Our behalf. PontaHR is only entitled to process your personal data in accordance with Our instructions.

Data We Collect

We collect and process some or all of the following types of information from you:

• Any information that you provide when you apply for a job posting. This includes information provided through an online job site, via email, in person at interviews, and/or by any other method.
• If you contact us, We may keep a record of that correspondence.

Data Processing Purpose

We rely on legitimate interest as the lawful basis on which We collect and use your personal data. Our lawful basis is the recruitment of employees for Our business.

We use the information you provided to Us in the following ways:

• To evaluate your application in context of the position for which you have applied.
• To evaluate your application in context of other open positions.
• To communicate with you in respect to Our recruitment process.
• To add additional context to the information you provided with information obtained from third-party data providers.
• To find the right person for Our company.
• To help PontaHR improve its services and offerings.

How We Store Your Personal Data

Security

We take appropriate measures to make sure that any and all personal data is kept secure including security measures to prevent your data from being accidentally lost, or used and/or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to know it.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is never completely secure. We do Our best to protect your personal data, but keep in mind that any transmission remains at your own risk.

Your data is kept safely stored and secured in servers within the European Union.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have a number of rights in regards to your data. These include rights to:

• require Us to correct and/or update any of the data we have pertaining to you;
• require the deletion of personal data concerning you in certain situations;
