About Orqa FPV

Founded in 2018 in Croatia, Orqa has grown from a hardware consulting firm into one of Europe’s leading drone technology companies. We design and manufacture advanced FPV and unmanned systems used by enterprise, industrial, and defense clients worldwide. With fully vertically integrated operations — covering design, electronics, optics, firmware, software, and in-house manufacturing — we maintain complete control over quality, performance, and supply chain reliability. This allows us to iterate quickly, optimize every part of the system, and deliver products that meet demanding real-world requirements. Today, Orqa products are used in more than 50 countries, with over 100,000 units delivered in 2024. Our mission is to build the enabling technologies for the future of Remote Reality and set new standards in the aerial robotics industry.

At Orqa, we're building technology that allows humans and machines to see the world like never before. We bring together engineers, creators, and innovators who push the boundaries of what's possible — from cutting-edge FPV systems to advanced Remote Reality solutions, and toward the next generation of robotics.

We're looking for a Test Engineer - RF Systems to join our Skunkworks team and help develop, maintain, and improve testing solutions for our RF-related products.

You'll work closely with Engineering and Production, ensuring products are designed with testability in mind, developing test scripts during product development, and continuously improving testing efficiency and reliability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work closely with the Skunkworks Engineering team to ensure RF products are testable throughout development.

  • Develop and maintain test systems and scripts using MMAS or other testing solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver test scripts and related documentation as part of the product's Masters folder for production readiness.

  • Act as a bridge between Engineering and Production, supporting the transfer of test solutions into manufacturing.

  • Optimize test algorithms to reduce execution time and improve test repeatability.

  • Collect, track, and analyze test times and production yield data for RF-related products, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Propose and, where applicable, implement changes to embedded C/C++ code to streamline test execution.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Good understanding of C/C++ programming in embedded systems, particularly STM32-based platforms.

  • Good understanding of C# and the .NET development environment.

  • Motivation to learn and develop new technical skills.

  • A proactive approach to technical challenges and continuous improvement.
