We’re looking for a Technical QA Engineer to help ensure the stability, performance, and flawless execution of our next-generation Unity-based simulators and software ecosystems.
In this role, you will be responsible for validating builds, executing both manual and automated testing, and ensuring product stability. Additionally, you will act as an optimization engineer, proactively identifying performance bottlenecks and areas where our products can be streamlined and improved.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design, write, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for Unity-based simulators
Use the Unity Profiler and other diagnostic tools to identify performance bottlenecks (e.g., framerate drops, memory leaks, draw calls)
Document QA procedures, write clear bug reports, and translate technical issues into well-structured developer tickets
Validate release candidates and ensure overall product stability before deployment
Communicate effectively with beta testers and end-users to gather feedback, reproduce reported bugs, and communicate countermeasures
Collaborate with software and hardware teams to maintain high-quality product delivery standards
WHAT WE EXPECT
2+ years of professional experience working within the Unity engine
Proficiency in writing clean and efficient C# code
Solid experience using Unity Profiler and other performance testing tools
Strong proficiency in creating and executing both automated and manual test cases
Ability to document reports and QA procedures, and clearly translate identified issues into well-structured tickets for developers
Capability to communicate effectively with beta testers and end-users regarding bugs, feedback, and countermeasures
Exceptional problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and leadership potential with a willingness to take on more responsibility over time
Professional working proficiency in English
NICE TO HAVE
Deep familiarity with games (a passionate gamer background is highly preferred)
