JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment (Windows, Linux, and Mac)
Perform basic network troubleshooting and assist senior staff in resolving network-related issues
Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems and infrastructure
Manage user accounts and access permissions
Contribute to the documentation of IT procedures and knowledge base articles
Assist with inventory management of IT assets
Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager or senior IT staff
REQUIREMENTS
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and/or macOS operating systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
