We’re looking for a Senior Unity & C# Developer to take ownership of the architecture, development, and maintenance of robust, multi-platform Unity applications.

In this role, you’ll direct system design, oversee backend and live game operations, and manage multi-platform release pipelines. Operating independently at our headquarters in Osijek, you will facilitate Scrum workflows, clear technical blockers, and mentor team members to ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performance software.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee development of key Unity modules to ensure milestones are met on time and aligned with project goals

• Establish C# architecture standards, oversee system design, and guide technical decision-making in Unity

• Direct integrations for backend APIs, web protocols, database interactions, and live ops platforms like PlayFab

• Own the multi-platform Unity build pipeline, CI/CD automation, and deployment strategies across target platforms

• Run agile development processes, facilitating Scrum workflows, clearing technical blockers for the team, and coordinating day-to-day execution

• Guide team and operations by mentoring team members, overseeing technical documentation standards, and managing internal knowledge bases
  
  

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience leading and delivering Unity projects

• Expert-level proficiency in C# and Unity architecture

• Extensive experience working with APIs, complex server communication, web protocols, and database interactions

• Solid familiarity with live game operations platforms (e.g., PlayFab)

• Deep understanding of the Unity build pipeline, CI/CD automation, and multi-platform deployment

• Proven ability to document complex codebases, system architectures, and development procedures clearly

• Demonstrated leadership capability and a strong willingness to take ownership of key project modules
