In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records and year-end reports by managing the posting of all business transactions - including customs, Intrastat, and payroll - and by carefully reviewing all documentation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Independently perform all bookkeeping tasks (customs, incoming invoices, outgoing invoices)

  • Monitor relevant legislation and ensure that all accounting activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.

  • Payroll processing, petty cash, and travel order management

  • Posting and control of incoming/outgoing invoices

  • Posting and controlling incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, and reconciliation of customer and supplier balances

  • Recording and managing fixed assets, small inventory, and depreciation

  • Preparing VAT returns and ensuring proper VAT records

  • Preparation of reports from the financial scope and accounting operations

  • Preparation of final accounts

  • Monthly reporting to customs – Intrastat report

  • Managing accounting processes in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School or University Degree in Economics (Accounting, Finance, or Auditing)

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial regulations; familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS is an advantage

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP system is an advantage

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

  • High level of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a professional approach to colleagues, partners, and clients
