In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records and year-end reports by managing the posting of all business transactions - including customs, Intrastat, and payroll - and by carefully reviewing all documentation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Independently perform all bookkeeping tasks (customs, incoming invoices, outgoing invoices)
Monitor relevant legislation and ensure that all accounting activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
Payroll processing, petty cash, and travel order management
Posting and control of incoming/outgoing invoices
Posting and controlling incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, and reconciliation of customer and supplier balances
Recording and managing fixed assets, small inventory, and depreciation
Preparing VAT returns and ensuring proper VAT records
Preparation of reports from the financial scope and accounting operations
Preparation of final accounts
Monthly reporting to customs – Intrastat report
Managing accounting processes in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics)
REQUIREMENTS:
High School or University Degree in Economics (Accounting, Finance, or Auditing)
Excellent knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial regulations; familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS is an advantage
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP system is an advantage
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
High level of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills with a professional approach to colleagues, partners, and clients
