In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest regulatory compliance standards, collaborating with both internal teams and external experts to navigate complex regulatory requirements. You will contribute throughout the product development process, from early R&D phases to certification, helping us deliver products that adhere to both industry standards and global compliance requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, grow and manage the Regulatory Compliance Team.

  • Conduct research to understand and define our compliance requirements across different markets.

  • Collaborate with external specialists, regulatory bodies, and consultants to ensure alignment with industry standards.

  • Participate actively in product specification, development, and testing phases during R&D to address compliance needs early on.

  • Oversee the certification process across the entire product portfolio, ensuring timely and successful certification for each product.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in compliance regulations and adapt processes to meet evolving standards.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements seamlessly into product design and development cycles.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, ideally in a technical or engineering field (FCC, CE, UKCA, etc).

  • 3+ years of experience developing, growing and managing a team of people and processes.

  • Strong understanding of certification processes and regulatory standards relevant to hardware and/or software products.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external partnerships effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to keep pace with regulatory changes and quickly adapt compliance processes to meet new standards.
