This position is based in Osijek, with employment through Orqa GC, an affiliated company of Orqa.
We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across our production line and coordinate operators working across preparation, soldering, assembly, testing & packing, and rework.
You'll be responsible for keeping production on track - allocating people according to the daily plan, monitoring performance and quality, resolving operational blockers, and ensuring every product moves through the line according to defined standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and coordinate production operators across multiple assembly and testing stations
Allocate operators according to the daily production plan and adjust resources as product mix, workload, and priorities change
Monitor production progress against takt time, identify bottlenecks, and escalate or resolve blockers
Balance the production line to maintain efficient flow, quality, and output
Make day-to-day decisions on people allocation, line stoppages, and batch release within defined quality and test procedures
Build and maintain the team skills matrix and support the development of operator capabilities
Verify kit completeness and implement work instructions, jigs, and fixtures defined by Process Engineering
Maintain accurate production records, serial number traceability, and non-conformance documentation in the ERP system
High school technical degree (SSS) or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field
3+ years of hands-on experience leading a production or assembly team, ideally 10 people or more
Practical ability to assess solder joint quality and interpret flight test results
Experience working with production work instructions, assembly jigs, and line balancing
Ability to interpret test results and make sound production and quality decisions
Basic computer skills and confidence working with ERP or similar production systems
Strong ownership and confidence to stop production when quality standards are not met
Working proficiency in English
