About Orqa FPV

Founded in 2018 in Croatia, Orqa has grown from a hardware consulting firm into one of Europe’s leading drone technology companies. We design and manufacture advanced FPV and unmanned systems used by enterprise, industrial, and defense clients worldwide. With fully vertically integrated operations — covering design, electronics, optics, firmware, software, and in-house manufacturing — we maintain complete control over quality, performance, and supply chain reliability. This allows us to iterate quickly, optimize every part of the system, and deliver products that meet demanding real-world requirements. Today, Orqa products are used in more than 50 countries, with over 100,000 units delivered in 2024. Our mission is to build the enabling technologies for the future of Remote Reality and set new standards in the aerial robotics industry.

At Orqa, we’re building technology that allows humans and machines to see the world like never before. We bring together engineers, creators, and innovators who push the boundaries of what’s possible – from cutting-edge FPV systems to advanced Remote Reality solutions, and toward the next generation of robotics. And behind every great technology, there’s great organization.

This position is based in Osijek, with employment through Orqa GC, an affiliated company of Orqa.

We’re looking for a communicative, detail-oriented, and organized Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist (m/f) to take ownership of operational purchasing for electronic, mechanical, and raw materials, order management, and ensuring the timely influx of critical components for serial production.

You'll oversee end-to-end procurement operations—from issuing purchase orders and managing international supplier relationships to lead-time tracking and ERP data accuracy—while ensuring critical components and materials are available exactly when production needs them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create, issue, and track purchase orders to suppliers in alignment with production planning (MRP) and established safety stock levels

  • Maintain daily communication with domestic and international vendors, track lead times, and proactively resolve shipment delays

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, volume discounts, and Incoterms/delivery conditions

  • Coordinate closely with Quality Control and Warehouse teams on incoming goods inspection, dispute resolution, and non-conforming material returns (RMA)

  • Maintain the accuracy of vendor master data, price lists, and procurement parameters in the ERP system

  • Adhere to defined operational procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations

  • Execute additional operational tasks and analyses as directed by the department lead

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • High school diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Business, or a technical field

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in operational procurement (experience in electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or technical goods distribution is preferred)

  • Practical experience working with ERP systems (specifically procurement and warehouse management modules)

  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and analytical problem-solving skills

  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken (daily international correspondence)

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
