Through technical validation of specifications, identification of items by manufacturer part numbers, and meticulous ERP administration, you will ensure the accuracy of procurement processes and the seamless continuity of our supply chain.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual, with an analytical mindset, and a high degree of precision. Through technical validation of specifications, identification of items by manufacturer part numbers, and meticulous ERP administration, you will ensure the accuracy of procurement processes and the seamless continuity of our supply chain.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Detailed verification of all technical parameters on quotes and invoices (specifications, dimensions, materials, or other technical characteristics depending on the type of goods)

  • Comparison of exact product names and Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPN) to ensure 100% alignment with the purchase order

  • Cross-referencing prices, quantities, and agreed commercial terms (discounts, Incoterms, deadlines) between incoming documents and purchase orders

  • Precise data entry of all verified information into the ERP system, directly impacting inventory accuracy and the company's operational efficiency

  • Timely reporting of any discrepancies identified between quotes/invoices and the actual order

  • Availability for at least 4 hours a day (with flexibility for more as needed)
