We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of export regulations, meticulous attention to detail in reviewing documentation and classifications, the ability to assist with compliance audits and licensing processes, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the dynamic field of export control and international trade compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and ensure business compliance with Croatian and European export control regulations

• Classification of goods, software and technology with regard to upcoming regulations

• Preparation, coordination and sending of export permits to competent authorities

• Communication and verification of customers, end users and end use of goods

• Collaboration with internal stakeholders within the company for supply chain compliance

• Monitoring and documentation of all activities related to export control in accordance with laws

• Continuous professional development

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree

• 2+ years of experience in export control, customs, international trade

• Experience in working with export documentation

• Knowledge of INCOTERMS

• Knowledge of legal and EU regulations related to dual-use equipment

• Knowledge of foreign trade laws

• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral
