Place of work: Osijek (on-site)Type: Full timeWe're looking for someone with solid experience in drone assembly, configuration, and maintenance, strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues, and the ability to lead testing procedures while continuously staying up to date with advancements in drone technology.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Drone Assembly and Configuration<ul><li>Assemble, build, and customize Orqa drones</li><li>Configure flight controller firmware including Betaflight, iNav, ArduPilot, and PX4</li><li>Configure and fine-tune drone components, including ESCs, motors, propellers,and cameras</li></ul>Drone Testing<ul><li>Evaluate Orqa drones, Systems and Components in adverse conditions</li></ul>Software Management<ul><li>Troubleshoot firmware and software-related issues on various drone platforms</li><li>Maintain and manage flight logs and configurations</li></ul>Drone Repair and Maintenance<ul><li>Diagnose and repair malfunctioning drone components</li><li>Repair damaged drones and replace parts</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>2 years minimum of experience with both assembling and piloting FPV drones, long range flight preferred, but not necessary</li><li>Understanding of electronics and RF, soldering is a must, HAM radio license is desirable</li><li>Proficiency with configuring Betaflight, INAV/Ardupilot/PX4 would be a plus</li><li>Large amounts of traveling for demonstrations should not be an issue</li></ul>If you believe you meet the above-mentioned requirements and are interested in working on innovative cutting-edge technology with a focus on compliance, send us your application.Potential candidates will be evaluated and contacted if they pass the initial screening.
