At Orqa, we’re building technology that allows humans and machines to see the world like never before. We bring together engineers, creators, and innovators who push the boundaries of what’s possible – from cutting-edge FPV systems to advanced Remote Reality solutions, and toward the next generation of robotics. And behind every great technology, there’s great organization.
We’re looking for a Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of shaping, automating, and scaling our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll serve as the vital link between our development teams and production environments within our Application team. From cloud services and APIs to web, mobile, and desktop builds, you will design reliable, scalable, and secure cloud and on-premise infrastructure, ensuring high availability, robust automation, and DevSecOps best practices across our full technology stack.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and on-premise infrastructure
Build and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines for diverse application stacks (web, backend, mobile, and desktop builds)
Configure and maintain Docker containers and standardized .devcontainer setups for smooth developer onboarding and workflow efficiency
Set up and manage enterprise systems for storing and distributing build artifacts and packages using tools like JFrog Artifactory
Manage and automate end-to-end infrastructure provisioning using modern IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
Set up and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure proactive incident detection and fast resolution
Integrate security scanning, container inspection, and static code analysis (SonarQube) directly into CI/CD build pipelines
Establish DevOps best practices across engineering squads, collaborate closely with developers to streamline deployments, and mentor junior team members
4+ years of hands-on professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
Deep knowledge of Linux operating systems, network protocols, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Practical experience with static code analysis tools (SonarQube) and artifact management platforms (JFrog Artifactory)
Strong experience with major Cloud providers (GCP strongly preferred, AWS, or Azure)
Advanced proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
Proven track record of building complex CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation tasks
Proactive mindset for bottleneck identification, system troubleshooting, cost optimization, and performance tuning
Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Experience managing infrastructure that interfaces with IoT, robotics, or embedded hardware platforms
Experience automating build and release pipelines for mobile (iOS/Android) or desktop (C#/.NET) applications
Familiarity with low-latency video streaming pipelines or hardware-in-the-loop environments
