We are looking for a Key Account Manager who truly understands products, customers, and the importance of cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and our key partners to ensure excellent customer experience, accurate information flow, and long-term business relationships.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts and markets

  • Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients and partners

  • Provide accurate, timely, and consistent information to customers

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product Owners, Demo & Training, and Production

  • Regularly report on the status and performance of assigned markets

  • Ensure precise and up-to-date data entry and maintenance in the CRM system

  • Represent the company at relevant trade fairs and industry events

  • Occasionally travel to partners and clients to strengthen business relationships

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • University degree (VSS or equivalent)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments

  • At least 5 years of total professional work experience

  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales reporting

  • Experience working with international clients or distributors

  • Ability to translate technical product details into clear customer value
