We are looking for a Key Account Manager who truly understands products, customers, and the importance of cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and our key partners to ensure excellent customer experience, accurate information flow, and long-term business relationships.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts and markets
Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients and partners
Provide accurate, timely, and consistent information to customers
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product Owners, Demo & Training, and Production
Regularly report on the status and performance of assigned markets
Ensure precise and up-to-date data entry and maintenance in the CRM system
Represent the company at relevant trade fairs and industry events
Occasionally travel to partners and clients to strengthen business relationships
WHAT WE EXPECT:
University degree (VSS or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments
At least 5 years of total professional work experience
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams
Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
