We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our HR team and support hiring across different functions within the company.

This is a great opportunity for someone with initial recruitment experience who wants to grow into an independent recruiter. You’ll work closely with experienced HR colleagues and hiring managers, gain exposure to a wide range of roles, and gradually take ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage recruitment processes for assigned roles, from job posting through the offer stage

• Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels

• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment statuses in the ATS

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand current hiring needs and support candidate selection

• Collaborate with the HR team across ongoing recruitment activities and gradually take on greater ownership as you develop in the role
  
  
  

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Some initial experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR; relevant internship or student experience is also welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive, reliable, and responsible approach to work

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and recruitment processes simultaneously

• Interest in candidate sourcing and learning different recruitment approaches

• Good working proficiency in English
  
  
  

NICE TO HAVE

• Relevant university degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Economics, or a related field

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS, or other recruitment tools
