We’re looking for a Junior/Graduate Project Manager to help coordinate, streamline, and drive our multidisciplinary engineering projects to success.

In this role, you’ll work at the heart of our development process, helping to bridge the gap between our hardware, software, and R&D teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work closely with the Product Owner, R&D team, and hardware/software engineers to support day-to-day development solutions

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure tasks are completed on time

• Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, defining scopes, and tracking resource availability

• Prepare status reports for management and act as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

• Learn to identify potential bottlenecks or delays early and work with the team to find quick, adaptable solutions

• Facilitate team coordination and help maintain an organized, highly collaborative workflow

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (proven through student organizations, team sports, university projects, or previous jobs)

• A highly organized mindset with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

• A tech-savvy mindset and a genuine curiosity to understand how hardware and software solutions come together

• Strong adaptability—the capability to pivot easily when things don't go as planned and keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment

• A proactive, "get-things-done" attitude with a strong willingness to learn Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern project management tools

• Basic understanding of data organization and reporting

• Full fluency in English (both written and spoken)
