As a Junior Drone Technician, you will support the assembly, configuration, and testing of drone systems, working closely with experienced team members to build and maintain high-performance UAV platforms. This is an entry-level role with strong learning and development opportunities.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in assembling, building, and customizing Orqa drones

  • Support configuration of flight controller firmware (Betaflight, iNav, ArduPilot, PX4)

  • Help fine-tune drone components including ESCs, motors, propellers, and cameras

  • Participate in testing drones, systems, and components in real-world conditions

  • Assist in troubleshooting firmware and software-related issuess

  • Maintain flight logs and configurations

  • Support diagnosis and repair of drone components

  • Help repair damaged drones and replace parts

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Strong motivation to learn and grow in drone technology

  • Basic understanding of electronics, mechanics, and wiring

  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to work hands-on

  • Interest in FPV drones or UAV systems

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with soldering

  • Basic experience with FPV drones (assembly or piloting)
