About Orqa FPV

Founded in 2018 in Croatia, Orqa has grown from a hardware consulting firm into one of Europe’s leading drone technology companies. We design and manufacture advanced FPV and unmanned systems used by enterprise, industrial, and defense clients worldwide. With fully vertically integrated operations — covering design, electronics, optics, firmware, software, and in-house manufacturing — we maintain complete control over quality, performance, and supply chain reliability. This allows us to iterate quickly, optimize every part of the system, and deliver products that meet demanding real-world requirements. Today, Orqa products are used in more than 50 countries, with over 100,000 units delivered in 2024. Our mission is to build the enabling technologies for the future of Remote Reality and set new standards in the aerial robotics industry.

At Orqa, we’re building technology that allows humans and machines to see the world like never before. We bring together engineers, creators, and innovators who push the boundaries of what’s possible - from cutting-edge FPV systems to advanced Remote Reality solutions, and toward the next generation of robotics. And behind every great technology, there’s great organization.

We're looking for an Integrated Business Planning Lead to join our CEO Office and help align strategy with execution across the organization.
Working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll create a single source of truth for business planning, ensuring that commercial goals, operational capacity, and financial priorities remain aligned as Orqa continues to scale. You'll drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by bringing together demand, supply, and financial planning into a single, actionable operating plan.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate and manage Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles across Sales, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR, and Finance

  • Consolidate demand, supply, and financial plans into a single, validated operating plan

  • Identify capacity constraints, material shortages, and production bottlenecks before execution

  • Drive planning timelines, monitor cross-functional deliverables, and ensure alignment across departments

  • Define planning KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure execution against the agreed business plan

  • Analyze Plan vs. Actual performance and support quarterly business reviews

  • Partner with senior leadership to balance commercial goals, operational capabilities, and financial realities

  • Continuously improve planning processes, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • Professional experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, demand and supply planning, capacity planning, operations, or a similar cross-functional planning role

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear business insights and actionable plans

  • Experience working with ERP systems and a solid understanding of manufacturing data, including BOMs, lead times, and inventory planning

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align multiple departments around common objectives

  • Highly structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to planning and execution

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in hardware, electronics manufacturing, robotics, aerospace, or other high-tech industries

  • Experience facilitating cross-functional planning processes

  • Familiarity with business performance reporting and executive-level decision support

  • Experience driving process improvements across cross-functional teams
