This role requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Managing and maintaining employee records and HR documentation</li><li>Preparing and organizing data for payroll processing</li><li>Supporting preboarding and offboarding procedures</li><li>Maintaining up-to-date and accurate data in the HRIS system</li><li>Drafting employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documents</li><li>Assisting in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies</li><li>Providing general support across all HR processes as needed </li></ul><h6>REQUIREMENTS</h6><ul><li>High school diploma; university degree in a related field (law, economics, psychology, sociology, or similar)</li><li>Previous experience in administrative or HR roles</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail</li><li>A responsible and trustworthy team player</li><li>Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken)</li></ul> NICE TO HAVE<ul><li>Working knowledge of labor laws and HR procedures</li><li>Knowledge of HR Systems and database</li></ul>If you're looking for a structured yet flexible HR role where you can contribute, learn, and grow - we’d love to hear from you.Qualified candidates will be evaluated and contacted if they pass the initial screening.
