We are looking for an Event Specialist to take full ownership of the planning and execution of our global event presence. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of the company’s participation in international industry events, including trade shows, conferences, community meetups, and internal events across Europe, the United States, and other key markets.

You will play a key role in ensuring that every event is executed with high quality, strong brand consistency, and clear business impact.



WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Plan and manage the company’s participation in international events across Europe, the United States, and other strategic markets, including trade shows, conferences, and community meetups.

  • Coordinate event timelines, logistics, and operational requirements, working closely with event organizers and external vendors.

  • Ensure successful event execution, including booth setup, equipment logistics, demo preparation, marketing materials, and on-site coordination with internal teams

  • Coordinate staff participation at events, including scheduling, preparation, travel coordination, and alignment with event objectives

  • Collaborate closely with relevant departments to prepare event messaging, demos, and materials while ensuring brand consistency across all events.

  • Manage event budgets and external vendors for booth production, logistics, and promotional materials.

  • Track and report on event performance (e.g., lead generation, partnerships, brand visibility) and support continuous improvement of the company’s global event participation strategy.


WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • 3+ years of experience in event management, marketing events, or trade show coordination

  • Experience organizing industry events, conferences, or trade fairs

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Willingness to travel internationally for events Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
